Since most of our furniture items are custom-made as per customer specifications, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy except in cases where the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, the order is moved into production, and cancellations are no longer possible.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@havelieastwestdesigns.in or call +91 9829023247 with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

3. Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective or not as described.

Please Note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or wood grain are natural characteristics of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects.
  • Products that have been customized (as per your selected finish, size, or design) are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged upon delivery.

4. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is received damaged or defective.
  • You can contact us at info@havelieastwestdesigns.in with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Description of the issue
    • Photographs or video evidence of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of a replacement, a new product will be shipped once the damaged product is picked up or verified.
  • Refunds will only be made for products deemed eligible after inspection.

  • Custom-made and personalized furniture items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or lack of care
  • Items not reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery
