Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) are processed on the next working day.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All our furniture pieces are handcrafted with care and precision. Many of our products are made-to-order, and handling time varies depending on the level of customization and current order volume.
Minimum handling time: 0 days (for ready or in-stock items)
Maximum handling time: 21 days (for made-to-order or complex custom designs)
Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Saturday. Once your item is ready, it will be securely packed and dispatched through our trusted courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location and the courier’s network coverage.
Minimum transit time: 0 days (for local or express shipments)
Maximum transit time: 10 business days (depending on destination and courier service)
